Whitby Christian Fellowship's Sunday School is divided into two age groups:
Creche
Splash (ages 4+)
The Sunday School groups usually leave the main Sunday morning meeting after about 35 minutes and their lessons last between 30 and 45 minutes. Each session begins with a time of prayer and singing then the different groups split to learn from a Bible story, to play games and have discussions. The younger groups usually do a craft activity.
Each group uses material produced by Scripture Union, an international mission movement working in over 120 countries making God's good news known to children, young people and families by encouraging people of all ages to meet God daily through the Bible and prayer.
